SHIPPING POLICY

Packages typically ship within 3 business days. Shipments are made Tuesday-Friday.

Large orders may take a bit longer to package.

We take extreme care in packaging your stones, please be patient, it will be worth it.

In a effort to reduce waste all Paid invoice/Packing Slip will be emailed to you.

You may print for your records

We use USPS services with tracking for both our United States and international packages.

Tracking numbers will emailed when items ship.  

​

Insurance: USPS Priority shipping includes insurance up to $50.

We do not automatically add additional insurance.

If you wish to purchase with insurance please choose your Shipping w/ Insurance option during check out.

We are unable to take responsibility for lost or stolen parcels, however if they are returned to us

by the mail service, we will process a refund minus any shipping charges.

FREE SHIPPING on US Orders Over $99

​

​International orders are shipped with USPS First Class International Package Service. Even if the Currency Converter is used to place your order, the amount of the order must be greater than $199 USD to qualify for free international shipping.  All orders to Australia and New Zealand are currently being shipped by DHL and are offered at a reduced rate of US$29 until USPS First Class Package service to Australia/NZ has resumed. Buyers are responsible for any taxes that may be charged by their home countries upon arrival into the country, and it is the buyer's responsibility to know the customs and taxation policies of their home country.

Orders shipping to the UK must be greater than $220 USD or £150 due to new Brexit and VAT regulations, and recipients will be responsible for paying any taxes upon the arrival of the package upon arrival to the UK.

RETURN and EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

If there is an issue with your gemstones, please contact us

within 7 days of receipt of your items to discuss a solution or a return.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping. The cost for the original shipment will be deducted from the refund total.

All shipments must be packaged in the original box and packing material.

Returns must be insured.

 We will issue the refund for the merchandise minus the original shipping charges. Partial sets cannot be returned.

NOTE: If returned items are damaged due to insufficient packing, damage cost will be assessed

and deducted from your refund.

PLEASE NOTE: Sales of slightly Imperfect and discounted 'Sale' items are final.
